So I must forewarn you, with upcoming guest posts, and school in full swing (not to mention booked weekends clear through early November), my posts might become a little less wordy and a lot more picksy. I'll do my best to balance, but bear with me through the adjustments!
With that said, Friday's Fancies this week was far too perfect a theme! {av} knows what's up with all of those kiddies getting back to school (as all you parents are sighing with relief + excitement, just remember that we're just getting started!), it's time for some chic back-to-school attire!

I modeled this outfit off of what I wore on Tuesday for our first day back. I had on an orange print dress from Target, a white cardi, and similar jewelry + shoes... I couldn't find my exact outfit, but this about does it:
My mantra (with uncontrollable classroom climates) is play it safe & be flexible - layering pieces & flat sandals are the keys to my teaching success/comfort. I also must be organized & keep very hydrated throughout the day! Anything to make your day run smoothly is a must :) If you have any tips/tricks/words of encouragement to get this lady through the 2012-2013 school year, do share! Happy Friday all!

I love every piece of this look. The dress is gorgeous, and I'd imagine it'd only get prettier with that cardi!
And I'm kind of a sucker for a pretty lanyard. Kind of odd, but I'm ok with it!
